About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Hollywood Casino Tunica. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business units, driving talent acquisition and development initiatives, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Partner with HR Business Partners to meet the needs of departments within the business unit, support internal and external recruitment efforts, and develop sourcing strategies for open roles.
  • Employee Experience and Support: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to property leadership, conduct exit interviews, and develop and maintain internal communications.
  • HR Operations: Assist in conducting effective investigations, provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation, and maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and look for trends in human resources data to make suggestions relating to HR strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or other relevant degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two to four years HR experience preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office software.
  • Ability to work with various levels of the organization to develop and influence the culture.
  • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
