We are seeking a highly skilled Service Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at HTS Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and coordinate the work of our technicians using company software and web-based programs.
  • Enter work orders on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Receive and review packing slips, verifying correct information has been provided.
  • Provide technical support to technicians, including assistance with purchase orders, job information, and required materials.
  • Run payroll reports for assigned technicians, auditing for accuracy and submitting to the payroll administrator.
  • Review service reports, following up with technicians and customers as needed.
Requirements
  • A high level of commitment to customer service.
