Job Description:
The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also maintain a customer-first focus, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day customer service initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and associates.
