Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management

Creating spreadsheets to track warehouse inventory

Receiving and responding to emails related to warehouse inventory

Organizing workload in the warehouse to ensure efficient operations

Providing high-level customer service to location leadership

Required qualifications include:

Active Secret Clearance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to pass a drug screening

Active Driver's License (willing to serve as backup driver for equipment delivery as needed)

Excellent team skills, thoroughness, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work in a dynamic cross-organizational team environment

Strong dedication to providing quality customer service

Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly identify issues and determine the need for additional support

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines

Take ownership of tasks and deliver results without supervision, using discretion to seek help when necessary

Desired qualifications include:

Positive, self-motivated, and proactive individual able to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations

Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and government customers

Ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision

Minimum qualifications include:

High School diploma and 2-4 years of experience

Associate's degree and no experience

5 years of intensive and progressive experience demonstrating required proficiency levels related to task

Minimum Clearance: Secret

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time; ability to use a computer

Additional Requirements: Other duties as assigned
