- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including sales strategy, sales process optimization, and revenue generation.
- Competitive base salary range: $165k to $190k.
