Job Description

At Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, developing and executing strategic business plans, and building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing and growing our revenue by overseeing key account teams, setting financial and performance goals, and analyzing financial aspects of accounts to make sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Leadership Team in developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and grow key account teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client satisfaction
  • Set financial and performance goals for teams and individuals, and analyze financial aspects of accounts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, sales promotions, and tradeshows
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading and motivating sales teams
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions
