Job Summary

Casino Pauma seeks an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key player in supporting our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including project management, document control, and calendar coordination.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including answering telephone calls, fielding messages, and responding to requests
  2. Prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit, and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and other activities
