Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Large Scale Affordable Housing Project Coordinator to join our team at Pyramid ETC Companies, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating the construction process for large scale, tenant-occupied affordable housing projects in the Virginia Beach area.

About the Job:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with our project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project scopes and RFPs, estimating projects, creating comprehensive project schedules, and managing and maintaining schedules. Additionally, you will execute subcontractor bidding procedures, develop Scopes of Work, Bid Lists, and Unit Cost Bid Comparisons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor relationships, including executing subcontractor bidding procedures, developing Scopes of Work, Bid Lists, and Unit Cost Bid Comparisons.
  • Communication: Interface with Owners and/or Owner's Representatives on schedule, requisitioning, and critical project issues.
  • Quality Control: Review jobsite progress with an eye toward quality, conformance to drawings and specifications, etc.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Construction Project Management, with experience working in occupied multi-family residential units preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Timberline and BlueBeam a plus.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
