We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Operations Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Military Housing. This role will be responsible for assisting with the move-in/move-out process of our multi-family residential communities, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient maintenance work scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct home inspections for move-in/move-out processes, pre-move-in/pre-move-out, and final inspections.
  • Assist with ordering and scheduling vendor services, maintaining make-ready boards to ensure accurate distribution and timely completion.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to assign and schedule service requests, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide residents with charges related to move-out/final inspection results.
  • Create purchase orders for vendor maintenance services and products, generate work orders for make-readies and other maintenance requests.
  • Close work orders/tickets upon completion, schedule and monitor water intrusion notifications.
  • Promote positive resident relations by responding to concerns and requests in a timely manner, addressing Satisfacts survey feedback.
  • Maintain systems and logs, perform administrative tasks, email communications, and data input into software and information systems.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
  • Prior experience with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
  • Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, Yardi, Payscan.
  • Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, co-workers.
  • Strong service and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and complete assigned duties.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, valid driver's license required.
