Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at West Virginia United Health System. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services, and use this knowledge to educate customers and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral sources, and internal stakeholders, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive results.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as processing sales orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in sales and customer service required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Medical Sales: Experience in medical sales and customer service preferred.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
