Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and setting up cataract equipment and supplies

  • Troubleshooting and operating equipment in surgery, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Providing Vantage services with excellence, ensuring high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction

  • Tracking and reporting surgical cases and supplies used, with a focus on accuracy and effective communication

  • Maintaining company resources and vehicles, with assistance from the Fleet Administrator

  • Learning, observing, and complying with sterility, facility, and OR protocols

  • Representing Vantage and serving as a customer service liaison, providing exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals

  • Continuously learning, training, and improving throughout your career
