Job Title: Large Loss Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established commercial restoration company as a Large Loss Project Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with extensive experience in project management, traveling, and commercial/residential restoration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large loss projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including restoration specialists, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits, assess damage, and develop restoration plans.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on commercial/residential restoration.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Xactimate, DASH, and MICA experience preferred.
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold strongly encouraged.
  • Commercial/Residential construction experience and background in reconstruction/mitigation.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and willingness to travel.
