Job Title: Performance Engineering Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineering Architect to join our team at WPS Health Solutions. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Performance Engineering architectural roadmap.

About the Role

The Performance Engineering Architect will provide guidance to QA and QE teams performing performance testing and non-functional validation during all phases of the development process. You will work closely with internal clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers to recommend, design, and implement effective orchestration of Performance Engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the strategy roadmap for Performance Engineering
  • Setup appropriate test systems and develop required logic and controller programs as necessary
  • Create and maintain performance capabilities
  • Provide guidance to QA and QE teams on performance testing and non-functional validation
  • Work closely with internal clients, SMEs, and developers to recommend and implement Performance Engineering solutions
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school and/or related work experience
  • 5 or more years of related work experience
  • Experience with Performance Engineering and Non-Functional testing
  • Experience with Security Testing - SAST & DAST
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 or more years of demonstrated development experience with an emphasis on QA and QE automation
  • 5 or more years of Quality Assurance and Performance Engineering or related experience in the field of Information Technology
  • Experience with multiple quality assurance platforms and methodologies
