About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our maintenance team at Grubb Properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our residential facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, roofs, gutters, and recreational facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of heat pump, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. They must also possess an HVAC certification and be willing to obtain a Certified Pool Operator license.

A salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, is available for this position.

Job Duties
  • Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, roofs, gutters, and recreational facilities
  • Assist with turning vacant apartments into ready-for-occupancy units
  • Complete written explanations of work performed in each unit
  • Maintain good public relations between residents and maintenance staff
  • Operate and maintain pool equipment and furnishings
  • Complete work orders within a 24-hour time frame
Qualifications and Benefits
