- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
- Take prospective members on tours of the club and provide information about our services and amenities.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring a positive environment for members and staff.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and coworkers.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to empathize and problem-solve.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
