Job Summary

The Registered Nurse II / Relief Staff Leader reports to the Nurse Manager and provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level. This role delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provides department/shift leadership in RSL role
  • Delivers safe and effective care to patients and families
  • Interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired outcomes
  • Reports to the Nurse Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required
