Job Title: Registered Nurse II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level. As a member of our team, you will work under general supervision to deliver safe and effective care, interacting with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory and hospital standards.
Requirements:
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, either from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to work overtime as required.
