Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Bridgewell. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
Responsibilities- Support individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program
- Assist individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree or DSP certification is preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
