About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Empowerment Team Member to join our team at Autism Speaks. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will be responsible for executing a mass outreach strategy to increase acquisition of run, walk, and cycle participants for our Empower Summit event.

Your primary responsibilities will include outreach to identified autism communities through phone calls, text messaging, emails, and in-person visits to distribute event materials. You will also work to build upon provided contact lists to identify additional prospects in focus areas such as fitness-related businesses, collegiate and high school athletic departments, and corporate affinity groups.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, and be organized and detail-oriented with solid research and administrative skills. A valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation are also required.
