Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide private swimming instruction to adults and children, assessing their progress and developing plans for future lessons.
  • Enforce water safety rules and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous teaching experience, preferably in swimming or a related field.
  • CPR/AED First Aid Certification and/or Red Cross WSI certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

The Private Swim Instructor will work primarily in a swimming pool environment, with occasional interactions with clients, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
