Job Opportunity:

Delta-T Group is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and executing differentiated lesson plans that employ multisensory teaching strategies for students diagnosed with academic and/or behavior disabilities. Your goal will be to enhance the learning experience and increase student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of students with disabilities.
* Communicate effectively with school administrators, teaching colleagues, and community members to ensure the educational needs of students are met.
* Collaborate with students and their families to identify their talents, interests, and needs, and to convey learning expectations and progress.
* Monitor and support the implementation of goals in inclusive classes, and provide accommodations, modifications, and adaptations as needed.

Requirements:
* Commitment to the success of each student.
* Teaching experience in a public or private school, preferably in an urban setting.
* Ability to work effectively as a team member and communicate with diverse populations.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of the teaching and learning process.
* Master's degree in special education preferred, but a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
