They possess the autonomy to navigate their environment and address needs as they arise. Whether fulfilling operational requirements, responding to guest inquiries, compiling reports, or highlighting local attractions, the Hospitality Service Specialist ensures that every interaction feels integral to the overall experience.

Regardless of the role, certain elements are essential for success: fostering a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that personal appearance and communication remain professional. Hospitality Service Specialists will be active and engaged (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will adopt a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these tasks (along with other reasonable duties as assigned) is vital for Hospitality Service Specialists to deliver excellence for our guests and our organization consistently.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
