Position Overview
MultiCare Health System is actively seeking a per diem Radiation Therapist to join our dedicated team in Spokane, Washington. This role offers the flexibility of working on an as-needed basis, catering to the demands of our patients.
Job Responsibilities- Specialty: Radiation Therapy
- Discipline: Allied Health Professional
- Employment Type: Per Diem
- Shift: 8 hours, daytime
- Weekly Hours: Up to 40.00 hours
Core Duties:
- Deliver radiation therapy as prescribed by the Radiation Oncology physician, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Monitor patients for any unusual physical or psychological responses, promptly reporting observations to the Clinical Nurse Specialist or Radiation Oncology physician.
- Coordinate daily treatment schedules, collaborating effectively with physicians, physics staff, and administrative personnel.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Technology program, eligible for board examination.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiation Therapy and certified as a Radiation Therapist in Washington State.
- Current CPR certification.
