Job Summary:

As a Control Document Specialist at SITE Staffing, you will be responsible for reviewing client data and preparing it for production. You will collaborate with teams and vendors on production plans, create job layouts from specifications, and coordinate proofing and manage job tickets. Additionally, you will initiate bills of materials and review customer specifications, maintain tracking for controlled documents, oversee document change control processes, and monitor reports for timely project completion and ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Review client data and prepare it for production

Create job layouts from specifications

Coordinate proofing and manage job tickets

Initiate bills of materials and review customer specifications

Maintain tracking for controlled documents

Oversee document change control processes

Monitor reports for timely project completion and ensure accuracy
