Payroll Specialist

About the Role:
Truity Partners is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, coding, and processing AP invoices, creating and processing journal entries, and scanning all invoices, checks, and check registers into a document system. You will also investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and month statements, audit invoices for proper documentation, and prepare a listing of invoices to be paid during the check run. Additionally, you will assist with company credit card and expense reporting programs and 1099 preparation.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in payroll and accounting. Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
