Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Hydro-Thermal Corporation. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from receiving and storing materials to tracking and reporting on stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report parts shortages to the Supply Chain Manager
  • Update the ERP system with new inventory locations and changes
  • Log assembly work orders and review received materials
  • Cycle count parts to verify inventory system counts
  • Maintain and organize inventory locations
  • Oversee the Vendor Management System
  • Work with Production and Service departments on inventory adjustment sheets
  • Plan and lead annual physical inventory
  • Identify obsolete and slow-moving products
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to optimize safety stock levels

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of Windows-based computer applications
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as MAS500
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
