Job Summary:

As a Client Ambassador/General Laborer, you will play a critical role in our installation crew while also serving as a liaison between our company and clients. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and building strong relationships. This position offers an opportunity to learn, develop, and grow alongside a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Safely and efficiently drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
  • Installation Support: Assist the installation crew in completing projects according to job requirements.
  • Site Maintenance: Remove waste and debris from job sites using equipment and power tools.
  • Cleanliness and Tidiness: Maintain a clean and tidy work environment after installations are completed.
  • OSHA Compliance: Uphold OSHA and Perma-Seal safety standards to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a client ambassador by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the crew chief and field manager to meet client expectations.
  • Adaptability: Act as a team player, working both independently and under supervision.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with other duties as needed and directed by the crew chief/field manager.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual: Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift, load, and unload materials without restrictions.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license in good standing and a good driving record.
  • Licensing: Have or willing to obtain C-Class license.
  • Teamwork: Excellent teamwork skills, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a crew.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of basement systems, including waterproofing, structural foundation repair, and concrete work, is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a desire to build positive client relationships.
