About the Job:

The Senior Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for leading reliability assessments and developing predictive maintenance strategies. They will also perform root cause analyses and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading reliability assessments and developing predictive maintenance strategies
  • Performing root cause analyses using FMEA, RCA, and 5 Whys
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts
  • Providing training and support to maintenance and operations staff
