At PacifiCorp, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Standards Director to lead our substation standards team. This role is pivotal in achieving corporate and organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university and at least 10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three years of people management experience is also required.

This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to establish objectives, execute policy, monitor resources, and manage the development or implementation of a system, program, or process. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives to completion and implementation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $133,000-$156,500, which may be adjusted based on location and experience. Benefits include health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, paid short-term and long-term disability, and paid bereavement leave.
