Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize ingredients for menu offerings.
  • Establish and maintain sanitized work areas.
  • Adhere to preparation lists as outlined by kitchen leadership.
  • Measure and prepare cooking components, including stocks and sauces.
  • Ensure proper storage and accessibility of all food items.
  • Support the culinary team in food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.
  • Monitor food and cooling storage temperatures.
  • Evaluate and accept or reject incoming ingredients from suppliers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment.
Position Requirements
  • Prior experience in a culinary preparation role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, with the capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Proficient knife skills.
  • ServSafe food handling certification is a plus.
  • Capability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
