Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Kitchen Sanitation Specialist who thrives in a dynamic culinary setting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and communicative team player with strong time management abilities. You should excel at prioritizing tasks in a bustling environment while adhering to all food safety standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a spotless kitchen by efficiently washing and sorting dirty dishes, while also preparing food as necessary. Maintain an orderly and clutter-free dish area.
  • Keep floors clean and dry throughout your shift.
  • Thoroughly wash, stack, and store glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
  • Assist with the prompt organization of food deliveries.
  • Manage trash disposal throughout shifts, removing full bins and boxes at the end of each work period.
  • Oversee the organization of the dry storage area and storage shelves.
  • Adhere to the daily dish cleaning responsibilities as posted.
  • Support food preparation and other tasks as directed by the chef.
Qualifications:
  • High energy and a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and remain on your feet for approximately 90% of the time.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to transport items weighing up to 80lbs throughout the location.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
