The Culinary Preparation Specialist is tasked with the cutting, slicing, peeling, and overall preparation of fresh produce utilized in our operations.


Operational Responsibilities:
  • Prepares food items following precise specifications and recipes.
  • Maintains an adequate inventory of preparation items in line with the Prep Production Guide.
  • Maximizes product yield throughout the production cycle.
  • Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepared items accordingly.
  • Ensures all food items are properly stored in containers.
  • Utilizes the production system to guarantee quality and compliance with shelf life standards.

Sanitation Standards:
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the preparation area, including coolers, equipment, and dry storage.
  • Completes daily cleaning tasks to meet quality standards.
  • Adheres to local health department regulations.
