A new landmark on the Nashville skyline, Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is a 40-story high-rise with 235 keys and 143 residence units. Located in the upscale SoBro neighborhood, the hotel features 25,330 sq ft of meeting space, Mimo Restaurant and Bar, a luxury spa, and an outdoor pool deck.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing warm, personalized service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining hotel amenities and services
  • Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining billing
  • Respond to guest requests, assessing needs and providing personalized recommendations to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
  • Work with guests pre-arrival and in-house to ascertain preferences and provide insightful recommendations
  • Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Resolve guest complaints and assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, and events
  • Utilize various software programs and communicate with internal personnel and departments via radio, internal systems, and phones
Requirements
  • Previous front desk or front office experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to constant change within the hotel
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel proficiency and knowledge of OPERA (or equivalent PMS)
