Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional service to our existing and prospective clients. This role involves managing the complete client experience by identifying cross-selling opportunities, referring clients to relevant business lines, and executing service requests and transactions. In the absence of the Retail Private Banker and Retail Client Experience Manager, this position will assume management responsibilities within established limits. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a technological aptitude, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Deliver exemplary service to clients, ensuring adherence to established service protocols and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest branch technology and encourage clients to utilize available resources. Educate clients on the ease of using our technology.
2.
Develop and manage relationships with both consumer and business accounts, focusing on meeting client needs for financial products. Identify clients with potential for increased profitability and create action plans to enhance these relationships.
Engage actively in ongoing training and regular sales meetings.
3.
Efficiently open a variety of products, including checking accounts, money market accounts, CDs, IRAs, and debit cards.
Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments to meet clients' daily needs.
Provide supervisory oversight in the absence of senior management.
4.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the Bank and its clients while delivering courteous and efficient service. Strive to anticipate client needs and promote the Bank's products and services effectively.
5.
Adhere to all internal policies and external regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of banking regulations and apply this knowledge in real-world situations.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or hospitality, is preferred; banking experience is a plus.
- Commitment to exceeding client needs and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to accept and provide constructive feedback.
- Proactive in enhancing customer experiences and team efficiency.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
