Job Summary:

The Residential and Community-Based Services Program Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical and operational components of programming within the service division. This role involves developing and maintaining programming compliance with a focus on service authorization and delivery, monitoring staff performance, and analyzing expenses and revenues. The successful candidate will ensure that residential and community-based programming are high-quality services that meet the needs of clients and community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain programming compliance with a focus on service authorization and delivery
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Analyze expenses and revenues to ensure program sustainability
  • Collaborate with other departments and community members to ensure clinical services are delivered in a person-centered, culturally competent, and trauma-informed manner

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Other Related Field
  • Licensure candidate, LCSW or LCPC Preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of behavioral health services
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment
  • Current expertise in de-escalation techniques
  • Valid current driver's license with good driving record
