Customer Service Supervisor

Job SummaryThis position involves supervising Store Associates while assisting with daily store operations. You will provide direction where needed and serve as an example of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram
- Perform receiving and stocking procedures
- Count and reconcile cash register drawers
- Prepare deposits and order change from the bank
- Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates
- Design a monthly schedule and assign work to foster efficiency and effectiveness
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least one year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level
