Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our maintenance team in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
About the Role
- You will ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist customers in using automated parking access control equipment, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on various aspects of our services, including parking rates and facilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Requirements and Qualifications
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the parking industry, is highly desirable.
- You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- A valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
- You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, as this role requires frequent standing and walking.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Work Environment
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may be exposed to extreme temperatures, noise levels, and other environmental factors.
Physical Demands
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. You should also be able to see close up, with or without corrective lenses.
