Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to multitask, lead teams, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. The successful candidate will have experience working in retail operations, supervising staff, and managing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide outstanding customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Retail Operations: Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, resolving conflicts, and handling customer complaints.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, retail, or related field preferred.
