Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Renewal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive renewal pipeline, developing tailored renewal strategies for high-value accounts, and engaging with senior C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Strategic Planning: Develop and execute customized renewal plans to ensure accurate forecasting and minimize risks.
  • Pipeline Management: Strategically manage a comprehensive renewal pipeline using CRM tools like SFDC, ensuring seamless execution and effective collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Enhanced Customer Engagement: Lead high-level communication with C-level stakeholders, resolving complex concerns and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Complex Renewal Management: Handle multi-year agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance across CRM systems.
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify strategic growth opportunities and collaborate with AMs for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level renewals and achieving retention metrics.
  • Advanced negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like SFDC and Vitally.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives.
