Job Title: Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at The Edinburg Center. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to staff, ensuring services are recovery-oriented, evidence-based, and trauma-informed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff, ensuring services are recovery-oriented, evidence-based, and trauma-informed.
  • Lead the screening, assessment, treatment plan development, and review process.
  • Conduct screenings and assessments, and deliver interventions identified on the Treatment Plan.
  • Ensure screening and assessments of Persons referred for services are conducted according to established procedures and timelines.
  • Train and supervise team staff on treatment plan development and documentation of Persons' progress.
  • Assist in selecting strategies for Persons at high-risk and/or hard to engage.
  • Provide clinical services to Persons as required, and hold own assignment list.
  • Provide on-call clinical coverage.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant clinical field, plus Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC), required.
  • One year of experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders, required.
  • Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery-oriented services to Persons Served with major mental illness, preferred.
  • Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, strongly preferred.
  • Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing, First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification within three months of hire, required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, required.
