We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our In-Home Therapy team. The successful candidate will have experience working with youth and families in a therapeutic setting and possess a strong understanding of clinical supervision principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of Behavioral Health Clinicians
- Develop and implement treatment plans for youth and families
- Conduct home visits and provide therapy services as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document all interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a human services field and a Massachusetts independent license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC I)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a therapeutic setting
- Experience working with youth and families in a clinical setting
