BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Associate to join our team in Duncansville, PA. As a Clinical Nurse Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our adult and pediatric clients in Roaring Spring, Claysburg, New Enterprise, Saxton, Bedford, Everett, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate our care team to provide exceptional care.
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for our adult and pediatric clients.
  • Supervise and train our staff, including LPNs, RNs, and home health aides.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
