Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Foster a positive community atmosphere.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations.
  • Address maintenance requests and follow up with residents.

General Office:

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Maintain regular office hours and respond to communications promptly.
  • Facilitate resident meetings and manage petty cash.

Social Events:

  • Organize and implement social activities and events.
  • Host community events and manage social committees.

Housekeeping and Light Maintenance:

  • Ensure vacant apartments are show-ready.
  • Maintain curb appeal.

Leasing and Marketing:

  • Achieve and maintain 100% occupancy.
  • Conduct tours, open houses, and application interviews.
  • Follow Fair Housing Laws and marketing plans.

Compliance:

  • Complete and submit required paperwork.
  • Notify the Compliance Department of any issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Prior property management and customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs.
