Job Summary

This role oversees multiple lease up projects, ensuring timely delivery of projects, budgets, and schedules. The primary responsibility is to coordinate project planning, scheduling, and documentation to meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and review operational reporting packages on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of real estate projects to ensure consistent workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate with property management directors to track and save new construction pro-forma, lease up budgets, and project plans.
  • Attend project update meetings and perform routine check-ins and quarterly visits as necessary.
  • Establish and track a consistent FF&E process for initial office and facilities start-up.
  • Coordinate lease-up project reporting from beginning to stabilization.
  • Facilitate timely BPM reviews of lease up and pro-forma for development, as well as monthly reviews with leadership and the director of PM.
  • Prepare and track annual capital plans and bid packages for facilities capital projects.
  • Manage work order billbacks and partner with the marketing team to ensure effective lease up marketing efforts.
  • Field pre-lease up calls to create interest lists until lease up begins 120 days prior to delivery.
  • Manage the Portfolio Summary Workbook and develop positive business relationships with vendors, resources, and clients.
  • Provide various reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.
  • Two to four years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Leadership and professionalism through appearance, attitude, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Craigslist, and Facebook.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
