Handyman Professional

We're seeking a skilled handyman professional to join our team at Mr. Handyman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.

• Create and present project estimates to customers.
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on the status of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with proficiency in various trades and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Own your own professional-grade tools for a large variety of jobs.
• Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 annually, dependent on your experience as a professional handyman. Additionally, you will receive company-provided benefits, including a vehicle, uniforms, 401K with company match, and supplemental insurances.
