Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Member Check-in and Support: Greet members and guests with a smile, check them in according to company procedures, and facilitate any messages on our club software.
- Phone and Communication: Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicate special events to members and guests, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Member Requests and Services: Facilitate all member requests, forward them to a manager as needed, and sell retail products.
- Facility Knowledge and Maintenance: Maintain knowledge of our club facility, services, and schedules, and assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
- Physical Requirements: Lift 10 lbs. on occasion, stand, bend, and squat with frequency, and climb and hang decorations when needed.
- Certifications and Experience: Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification, experience working with children, and certifications as local/state laws require.
- Education and Age: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and be eligible to work in the United States.
