Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our AI Group, you will play a vital role in expanding our AT&T campaign, which aims to provide local communities with accessible and affordable communication tools.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers, educate them about our products and services, and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process. You will also be responsible for qualifying potential customers, driving self-generated lead activity, and collaborating with our customer service team to develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and a professional demeanor. You should also be entrepreneurial-minded, motivated, and eager to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective customers and educate them about our products and services
  • Qualify potential customers and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process
  • Drive self-generated lead activity and create a referral pipeline
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sign-up process

Requirements

  • Associates degree in business, communications, or marketing is highly preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, community involvement, or any other applicable experience
  • High level of emotional intelligence and superior communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor
