Customer Service Representative - Overnight Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
