Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service & Community Outreach Representative to join our team at AI Group in Louisville. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our AT&T campaign, providing local communities with access to affordable communication tools.
The Customer Service & Community Outreach Representative will be responsible for qualifying and enrolling potential prospects, assisting them through the sign-up process, and communicating with local community members to generate interest and excitement for AT&T products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective enrollees in the local community to educate them about AT&T's products and services and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process
- Qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility for specialized products
- Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity to create a referral pipeline
- Collaborate with the customer service team to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sign-up process and continuing to offer support after enrollment
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business, communications, or marketing preferred, but not necessary
- At least 1-2 years of customer service, sales, community involvement, or applicable experience
- High level of emotional intelligence and superior communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building effective relationships
- Entrepreneurial-minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth
