We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Strategic Growth, Pharmaceutical and Technology Solutions to join our team at Lifelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales of our healthcare technology solutions and services to new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, relationship management, service delivery, and/or the sales of technology products and services. They will also possess a deep understanding of needs-based selling strategies and the ability to uncover underlying customer objections and concerns.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with subject matter experts to understand synergies between customer needs and SS&C's solutions. You will generate quality leads, identify opportunities, and deliver a solution across SS&C's portfolio of capability (technology and services).

You will also manage relationships between customers and internal stakeholders, close deals, and maintain relationships for growth. Additionally, you will develop revenue growth strategies, attend industry conferences and events to represent SS&C, create business awareness, and develop quality sales leads.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage SS&C's Learning and Development team for training tools to enhance industry knowledge and strengthen customer engagement. You will also work collaboratively with SS&C enterprise to identify ways to expand client partnerships across all business segments.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong sense of urgency, drive, and knowledge to navigate multi-level relationships with complex customers. You should be able to think strategically, create plans unique to a prospect given their situation in the marketplace and business issues, and clearly articulate a value proposition that resonates with a prospect organization and its buyers.

We offer an excellent compensation package, including a salary range of $125-$150 USD per hour, depending on relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.
